Timing... everything has been planned.

The first thing I thought when I started this blog. All the experiences though out 2013 are the reason. The beginning of 2013 I applied for TAFE course so I can stayed in Australia a bit longer since I have finished my master degree at USyd (University of Sydney). My intention in the first place was never going to leave Australia for my birth country Indonesia.

Just finishing a master degree, for a second time. I really need to find a job, start to earn some money. Starting to save for better future. Cliche, but true to the very its core. Apparently things was never according to my plan. Always stuck into something, couldn't get around of it. 'It' can be described into anything. I mean literally anything. My lack of professional experience should be the major contribution why I can't get a single interview after numerous of job applications that I have been send. The unattractive CV and cover letter must the next contributors.

Meanwhile, my fiancé (at that time, now she is wife :)) was preparing on her final stage to finish her PhD degree. Her thesis was near the completion to be submitted to the uni. At that time particularly, she was really stressing out to finish her thesis before we could get married which was on October. So she really pushed herself, her supervisor, her fiancé (whom is myself) to the limit. And shorten up the story, she really now ready for the submission. So she did submit her thesis on September, almost a month before our wedding.

Now the problems are how to write a thesis and the same time to prepare the wedding is not a hard tasks. It was worst than hard, almost unmanageable. In the mid of 2013, I really desperate to find a job, but I couldn't find one. But in the same time my fiancé also struggled to compile her thesis into a one manageable file. So I decided to help her to ease her burden on compiling these multiple never-ending problems. Thank God I really did make an impact on her process on compiling all her thesis' part.

My tasks were ranging from to create pdf for each diagrams and tables, printing out and testing out the result, make sure for particular page should've been turned over, proof-read, looking for typo, and many more. In the end, I can confidently say that if it was my contribution, the thesis could't get submitted on time.

And then I just realised when both me and my fiancé brought the all the 5 copies of roughly estimate 600 pages of thesis each to the thesis submission office at University of Sydney. If I got a job, I might cannot help her to finish the thesis. Then she probably had  to wait for next year just to have the first submission. And the wedding would have not as smooth as we wanted to.

I always like to view 'life' as a place to learn and gain as much of experience from all the events that I have gone through. So almost every event has its own meaning and message. It entirely depend on ourselves to be able to decode, decipher it because I know it will contribute majorly to the next phase of our life that we are going to live with.

First Step

Hi There,

From now on this is my dumping site for all philosophical thoughts that I have. Hopefully I can store as many great lessons and life's value in this blog.  So let's get started!
